As the year unfolds, we wish you some lovely moments of practice and surrender to the vital breath which carries us towards greater freedom and a deep joy.

To help us with this, there are several strands available on Artranet, and booking is now open for the Association’s summer retreat (see ‘Workshops and Courses’). This year the theme will be ‘Outside/inside’.
