A sharing of the teaching of Peter Hersnack in Quebec in 2009 and in other workshops and retreats in France (Lyon, Montpelloer and Paris), now accessible for all members of the association “Art of Yoga – Peter Hersnack”

The summary is presented in 4 sections, in order to make it as clear as possible:
- The concept of viveka
- viveka, yama and niyama
- viveka, āsana and prānāyāma
- viveka, dhārana and the internal limbs of yoga
In each section there is theoretical teaching based on the aphorisms of the yoga sutra, effects on the symbolic body and the “mind-body”, one or two practices with commentary and Peter’s own “little words”, which are so precious.
